?????-?????? by Max Barskih. I started listening to Max Barskih a few weeks ago, and I really love him. He’s an excellent artist and sings in Russian (Which I at the moment can’t understand, but I will learn it).
Pink Nightmares by Infected Mushroom. This song is very interesting and different, and I love the lyrics. The band Infected Mushroom is also a great band.
Reich Mir Die Hand by Blutengel. I’ve had a crush on Blutengel for a long time. This band is excellent and I really love the singer, Chris Pohl.
Demons by Born. This song is cool, and it’s J-rock. Lovely!
Lucidium by GPKISM. I’ve loved GPKISM since like forever. GPK’s voice is hard to describe. I like him and his band so much.
Ashita genki ni naare by Miyavi. One thing I like about Miyavi is how he is so different from all the other J-rock artists. He stands out in his own way and has a more relaxed/casual attitude. Which I like.
Tro mig.
It’s Sunday the 18th of December. The last Sunday before Christmas, and the 2nd last of the whole year. That’s a wee bit weird, isn’t it?
To make it weirder, it’s now 00:21, and I started writing this entry 18 minutes after midnight. To make it even more funny.
It’s of course dark outside, and quite cold. The snow had melted for a few days before it snowed again. More snow, more ice. Something that came to my mind a few days ago was the fact that “It’s safer to walk in the middle of the road than on the pavement”. All because of the ice that appeared after a period of melting and cooling. The pavements where quite dangerous to walk on, but the road was better because of the cars that had been driving there.
However, it’s not that late. The so-called “night buses” haven’t started driving around yet. I think taking that as an argument for telling whether it’s late or not is a good idea. When you’re not asked to talk about how people feel. I’m a wee bit tired, but felt like writing something, just to give you an example about how I feel.
But the Christmas holiday is coming up in a few days. I’m looking forward to that. Mostly for the purpose of sleeping.
I’ve decided to start a new series for you. This will go on every Sunday, and will be about sharing 10 of my favourite links/the links I find the most interesting.
Hiragana mnemonics. These ones are extremely good for those who’d like to learn the Hiragana characters.
I’m an atheist. That means that I don’t believe in any God. However, my beliefs are more related to the universe and time, rather than praying. On the other hand, keep in mind that I respect everyone’s beliefs. It’s up to you, not me.
First of all, I believe there exists several universes. For every thing we do, a multiple new universes with alternative outcomes will be created. We don’t know whether this universe is the original one, or if it as created a few seconds ago.
I also believe that there is no start and no stop when it comes to time. This is one was hard for me to realise, but is actually the alternative that makes the most sense to me. Since no one can explain what happened before big bang, it’s easier for me to think that the universe acts like our lungs. That it’s increases until it reaches a certain point, before it decreases and create an explosion (big bang). Also; it has always been like this, no start, no stop.
I made a video of me speaking Japanese today! The reason I made this video was mainly because I wanted to try it, and I wanted to practise my skills. However, I’m not that good yet, and I have a strong accent.
Time to talk about my favourite films. I’ve never been much of a film person, but here is a list for you:
Let the right one in: This is probably my favourite film out of the films I’ll talk about. It’s a Swedish film about a vampire girl. I love this one because it’s based on the legends about vampires. I also love how this film makes everything seem so ordinary, and like it’s a part of everybody’s lives. Also, it takes place in a community we all could live in. It’s about a girl and a boy living in the same block of flats, but the thing is that even though they’re 12 years old, she isn’t like any other 12-year-olds.
Also, I like
Farsan
The Troll Hunter
Ponyo
Sky Crawler
Instant Swamp
The Invention of Lying
Wedding Crashers
Marley and Me
I generally don’t like watching films, and see myself as more of a TV-series-person. I like watching a good documentary instead of watching films.
